At.mosphere unveils new lounge menu

At.mosphere has introduced international Street delicacies infusing seasonal produce with the crème de la crème of culinary trends, presenting an all new menu in the Lounge.

Blurring the line between upscale and casual, the new Lounge menu is a fusion of countries and philosophies, featuring small platters of European haute cuisine, delicious street food, At.mosphere’s indulgent multi-cuisine platters and a wide variety of desserts with delicate flavours.

The traditional street dishes have been given a European twist. Think Lobster Buns with apple and fennel sauce, Home Smoked F1 Short Rib Tacos, Truffle Mac’n’Cheese Croquettes, Korean Chicken Bao and Smoked Mash Potato. The stand-out dish from the street food inspired menu is the gold dusted, multi-layered, Billionaire Burger with 11+ Japanese Wagyu patty, Foie Gras, Wild Mushroom and sliced Truffle- the ultimate decadent treat!

Embracing the small platter trend, the new menu offers a wide variety of flavour combinations like Organic Venison Tartar with chocolate sauce and parsnip chips, Brittany Oyster, California Roll with sushi rice and Sturia caviar, Hamachi Ceviche, Foie Gras Terrine and Tomato Tartar with avocado ice-cream, to name a few.

Seafood lovers can choose At.mosphere’s indulgence platter that includes King Crab Legs, Poached Prawns, Scallop Ceviche, Oysters, Balik Salmon and Poached Lobster Tail, served with Fennel Citrus Salad, Hosreradish Cocktail Sauce, Yuzu Dressing and Shallot Vinegar.

This is followed by the various dessert options, which include everything from the Peanut Butter Jelly Sundae, or Apple Tarte Fine, to a selection of Japanese Ice Creams in Salted Caramel, Black Sesame and Matcha Green Tea.
